I can't promise anything, but I'll see what I can do. Also, other dealers are on this sight so they may be able to help also. Just list the parts you need and what model they are for.

drive line forward ujoint cap is the critical part (need four)--dpx 200 redcat
most other parts i have needed i have mfg'd myself
waited a year and a half for a carb
almost all drive line parts list out of stock and have for over a year and a half.
thanks much for the help offer...
ps i have tried multiple dealers like goscoot kidsatv, raceway and others and all are not selling redcat anymore... everyone seems to get parts from atvpartsusa... which is TANK...

Call 1-828-247-4707 and ask for Travis. See if they have the parts you need. If they do and they will not sell them to you, then PM me and I will order them for you.

good grief... here we go again.
tank's newsletter i just got today provides an improved parts website?.... to make it easier to find parts... i guess--according to the newsletter www.parts4motorsports.com
but... most parts are still "out of stock" for the redcate dpx-200 like around 75-80%
i actually dont think they have added one single part for this rig in over a year and a half
its like cell phones.... its the COVERAGE.... on this issue.... its the INVENTORY!!!
i will find parts if they are there!!!!! just get the parts there!!!
i appreciate more search features, but that just gives me more ways to be frustrated!!
someone please just put me out of my misery...

Tank will not ever get any more parts for the dpx-200. They do not carry it any more and will not restock the parts. The number I posted for Travis is for Go Go Motorsports. The are the distributor and manufacturer of that vehicle. I hope this helps.

Try Go Go as your unit is out of warranty anyway. Sorry but we bought Redcat AFTER they ended the deal with Qingqi so we simply never had that relationship to begin with and they do not want to supply us parts.
Also do not go to www.gogomotorsports.com as that will lead you back to me.
www.gogomotorsports.net is Go Go

mike:
you need to communicate with you customers.
i never received any notice that tank was buying redcat, or that you werent going to stock that rig anymore or about any deal with quinqi or where i should go to get parts... all i got is static. (my dpx 200 was less than a year old when all this happened... maybe even six months)
i know of dozens of other customers that were in the same boat, not to mention dealers.
you need to put notices on the parts website and lots more detail in your newsletters... that would have helped hundreds of customers.
now that i know you will not stock parts i will go to gogo
i tell you this as a former international business consultant in sales and marketing and a senior VP of sales and marketing so i know the drill...
a list of rigs that you are not supporting is critical
and a list of places that customers can go for parts for those rigs would be extremely helpful... otherwise... the negative word of mouth around these atv circles is going to hurt your business... i suspect it already has for the last year.

Well, I am going to support Mike here, it was much publicized of the merger between Redcat and Tank and anybody who was a Redcat dealer got very publicized details of the merger before and during the transaction. Now, that said, here's what I do, I always check to see what kind of parts inventory thats in stock before I decide to carry a certain model. That way, I avoid the nightmare BEFORE it gets started. Redcat/Tank has been filling about 80% of the parts I've needed and thats better than most other brands. Any good dealer should have multiple sources of parts, I do. So if plan (A.) fails, go to plan (B.) and so on. But if you can't get parts for something, then don't sell it to start off with.

Have you tried cross referencing the parts you need w/ either a Honda or Yamaha....
Exactly what "joint" are you needing... many are available aftermarket through J&M ATV Supply, Parts Unlimited, Tucker Rocky, etc... Check on some of their web sites - many of them give the diminsions of the parts - match it up....... If there is a will, there is a way..... but the part will not just come to you....

check www.parts4motorsports.com or www.partsforscooters.com
However, normally the fuel guage just needs adjusted. It is either turned so that the float is catching on the side of the tank or the wire just needs bent....
