I have a 2008 Tank 250DE Scooter and just tried to start it and nothing! Horn works(very strong) but nothing when I push starter switch! Do I have a problem with switch or possibly something else? How do I go about trouble shooting problem? Any suggestions?

Get you a Haynes or Clymer service manual for a Honda CN250!!!!
Could be a number of things..... starter relay, short in start button, or it could simply be an ID ten T error like a kill switch on....

It was the KILL SWITCH!
