I am planning on opeing a new scooter/motorsports dealship out of the back of my shop next spring and am considering Tank as one of my brands.

how many scooters does one need to sell a year to be successful? (200-400 units?)\

do you have to have retail tax certificate, DMV licenses ? (illinois)
